No person was ever honored for what he received.

effort and money into training, grooming, 

and encouraging your greatest asset.

If someone is going down the wrong road,
he doesn't need motivation to speed him up,
he needs education to turn him around.  

Obstacles can't stop you. Problems can't stop you.
Most of all other people can't stop you.
Only you can stop you.
 
Human beings have the remarkable ability
to turn nothing into something.
They can turn weeds into gardens
and pennies into fortunes.
