Real-Time Info

With more organizations operating around the clock in multiple locations and time zones, the need for real-time information is imperative. Data must be continuously available for transactional processing by mission-critical systems and to support business intelligence activities. It must also be accessible across the enterprise, anywhere in the world.

As most business activities today are transaction-based—whether making purchases, paying bills, updating account information or managing patient records within hospital networks—end users are demanding the right to access, analyze, act on, integrate, store, and verify transactional data, often in real time and without system interruption or downtime.

The number one challenge facing organizations that want to provide real-time access to real-time data is integrating an ever growing amount of information from heterogeneous enterprise IT environments. This must be done while ensuring no service interruptions or performance degradation to critical business applications. Data integrity must also be assured as information is moved between systems.

High performance data integration
Many organizations are wary of data integration projects, believing they involve data migrations that are complicated, expensive, and likely to impact day-to-day operations. However, data integration and replication solutions exist that facilitate the capture, routing, transformation, and delivery of transactional data between heterogeneous databases in real time with minimal overhead. Best of all, the benefits of data integration can be felt almost immediately.
ndia’s largest department store chain, Shoppers Stop, has also benefitted from faster data refreshes. The company uses a data integration tool to load information about customer buying patterns and store sales performance from multiple enterprise resource planning systems into its data warehouse. This reduced the time it took to refresh data in the data warehouse from half a day to one hour, which ensured managers received timely sales, inventory, and loyalty program data. As a result, they can better analyze which products are selling through stores and maintain optimum inventory levels.

Accurate customer views
The ability to access integrated data to build an accurate customer profile will help organizations tailor their offerings and increase sales opportunities. For instance, a better understanding of customer groups has made it easier for Hyundai Securities to undertake targeted marketing. This can help improve campaign response rates and potentially deliver greater revenue to the securities firm.

Similarly, Shoppers Stop can analyze customer buying behavior, which helps managers develop marketing campaigns that meet the requirements of specific customer segments based on their purchasing history.

Ensuring compliance and data security
Data integration solutions can help organizations that operate in multiple locations to capture and distribute information from a central database. The Bombay Stock Exchange deployed a data integration and replication tool to synchronize and integrate data across mixed environments, avoiding the need for expensive data migration. Transactional data is captured from its core system, delivered to multiple target databases at several locations, and made available online for analysis.

This allowed the stock exchange to meet regulations set out by the Securities and Exchange Board of India that required daily stock transactions to be monitored online in real time. In addition, transactional data was replicated at a disaster recovery site to eliminate downtime caused by planned and unplanned outages and adhere to regulatory guidelines around data security.

Lower total cost of ownership
Because data integration solutions support the legacy databases of heterogeneous systems and integrate information from these systems in real time, organizations can avoid the need for costly data migration activities, as Hyundai Securities found. Its solution also reduced the administrative burden on the firm’s staff by eliminating manual transactions. As a result, it has reduced total cost of ownership while increasing the availability and timeliness of information.
Real-time data is a necessity not a luxury for today’s growing businesses. A data integration solution that use unique log-based change data capture and replication technology that enable the capture, routing, transformation and delivery of transactional data between multiple databases in real time can be deployed quickly, cost-effectively and with minimal impact on the business.

Creative Power of the Visualization

Creative visualization is a technique that utilizes the power of the imagination to manifest balance and healing in life. This practice can be used to address disorders on all levels of existence. We can use the imagination to bring about all things desired through creating an image, feeling, or idea in your mind, then focusing positive energy toward it until it becomes a reality. The fundamental foundation of this method is the idea of working with the mind to heal the human energy system, therefore addressing illness and disease, which had previously developed in the body.
Creative visualization can be implemented in an endless variety of settings and used to work with a myriad of disorders. Both traditional medical and alternative care practitioners utilize forms of visualization in assisting their clients. By imagining only health, well-being, and balance in your life, you can reduce pain and ease anxiety. Paint your life’s portrait with the colors and moods you find calming and nurturing. Your own intuitive guidance system will lead the way to creating a picture, which will restore your body to its ultimate state of being. This is an amazing technique to put into practice with children, as they are masters of imagination and accustomed to the world of creativity.
Families from all walks of life can deeply benefit from this method, as it simultaneously addresses concerns and conditions in both the child and the parent. A mother caring for a son with cancer can take the child on a beautiful healing journey of imagination with a colorful narrative focusing on joy, love, and fun. This process not only benefits the recovering patient by balancing energy, reducing pain, and easing symptoms, but also heals the storyteller by infusing peace and minimizing anxiety over their child’s illness.

This method allows the loving vibration of the Divine Source to resonate with us, restoring balance and vitality on all levels. Like meditation, creative visualization is of our own manifestation with no financial burden or invasive procedure. It is through intention on love and awareness of our energy system that we can empower ourselves and our families to heal.
Take Flight
Here is an exercise to take you to new heights. You're going to take a little trip with your child's energy. I'd like you to go to a place in your home where you can be alone for twenty minutes. This could be in your bedroom, an office, or even the bathtub. I know it's hard to come by in a busy family, but consider this a small step in changing your ingrained patterns and behaviors. You need to start making time for your own explorations into uncharted territory. You're worth it!
You may use a soothing instrumental CD in the background if you find it helps you achieve a more tranquil state. Get yourself into a relaxed position and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths through your nose and exhale from your mouth. Now I would like you to visualize your child. Project a beautiful picture of your child into your mind's eye with as many details as you can bring forth. Think how much you love him. Send love. Send hugs and kisses. Send light and grace. Now allow your child to take you on a flying journey. Hold his hand and soar into the sky together, with your child slightly in the lead. Where do you go? What do you see? Are you able to distinguish any particular colors or places? Do you hear sounds? Is anyone else there? Visualize this magical journey with your child. Be open to anything that comes before you and allow your creativity to blossom. There are no limits to the places you can go on this flight of mystic whimsy.
Spend as long as you wish soaring through the air with your child. You are both exuberant and happy to be together. Take the time to explore new vistas and peek into hidden nooks and hollows. When you naturally feel yourself returning home, thank your child for his love, time, and energy. Embrace him with a warm hug and plan to do it again, to discover distant horizons together. When you return to your body (yes, you did leave for a bit), give yourself a few moments and then write your reflections of the flight in your journal. Try to recall the details: sights, sounds, tastes, textures, and smells. Did you receive messages from your child or anyone else? How did you feel? Did you learn anything?
Don't be surprised if your child brings you to a departed loved one with whom he enjoys spending time in the heavens. All energy is eternal and can be accessed when we are in the proper state. Our soul bodies are not limited by time or physicality. Please repeat this exercise as often as you like. My daughter and I go on flights together on a regular basis, and I continually learn new things about her. I often go into this visualization just before falling asleep for the night and have gone on to have incredible dreams, leading to amazing insights. Where will you go when you allow your feet to leave the ground?

Just a quest !

What should system decide if,
"A" won any prize by doing some special work for mankind and lost his/her memory?

(1) Render his award/reward by ensuring honest process.

(2) Distribute to only influential persons related to him.

(3) Disqualify him by giving appropriate reasons.

INSPIRED VISION

पहचान अपनी दूर तलक छोड़ जाऊंगा...
खामोशियों की मौत गवारा नहीं मुझे ....

Shower of Smileys :-) We can Be a drop of smile too.

Looking around the world, it's clearly visible that there are inequality in attaining facilities of minimum human requirements to live a healthy lifestyle. As for as I guess that prime cause is lack of information of the channels those provide better solution based on scientific methods  prepared after deep calculations of each factors. To achieve goals we should develop transparency in government policies and processes.
First of all the human development policies must be monitored by experts of UNO maintaining independence of national governance. For desired results a systematic data analysis which must be based on all the real  time information collected professionally to be generated. We have to develop appropriate participation of all countries and territories to create a better world. Our first n foremost need is to equalize basic human development factors to the poorest person without any presumptions. The orientation should be developed on the global plateform of United Nation to make it "Shower of Smilys".
* For desired the following initiative step taken by UN Secretariat’s Global Pulse as follows:
The Global Pulse is developing a real-time system to monitor how the most vulnerable cope with global crises. The system should improve the flow of information already available, build on networks that already exist, and harness new technologies for data collection. The ultimate goal is to provide actionable, timely information that can be of use to decision makers at local, national and global levels in the aftermath of global shocks.  The Global Pulse is organized around three primary strategies: First, to develop an analytical framework for the monitoring system; second, to develop a free and open source software platform which can integrate disparate existing sources of data from within and outside the UN and support team-based analysis and decision-making; and finally, to set up "Pulse Labs" in developing countries as innovation centers which will serve to both develop innovative data collection tools and approaches and to ensure that the information is imbedded into local and national government information streams.

Self Improvement - Seven Tips

Self improvement is the art of continuously becoming: you are in a state of flux when you are improving and that is something you should endeavour to be doing constantly. If you can bear in mind the old adage, 'every day, in every way, I am getting better and better', then you will understand the mindset you need to adopt in order to engage in a life of continuously improving until you become the person you need to be in order to reach your goals.
  • Slow and steady wins the race. In other words, learn to be a tortoise and not a hare. It is not the speed at which you are moving, it is the constant steady movement with fixity of purpose that will get you to where you want to be.Fight until mission accomplished.
  • Don't compare yourself to others. Along the way to your important goals, there are likely to be those who just seem to zoom past you without too much effort. This can be a very discouraging event, but learn to take it in your stride. Simply ignore what your competitors are doing and concentrate your energy on your own efforts.
  • Stay malleable, not rigid, in your approach. You need to be rigid in your determination, but not in your approach. Be prepared to change the route to get to your goal. This is not changing the goal in any way, just recognising that, in order to achieve great things, sometimes we need to be flexible.
  • Find cooperative partners. When you have set those really big goals, you will probably need to find other people to work with. So make a point of finding partners you can trust with whom you can work to your mutual benefit.
  • Fill the need. Remember that you will succeed when you render service in some way. So identify who you are involved in serving, catalogue their needs and then be the provider of value to those people. Learn how to do this better than everyone else and you cannot fail.
  • Concentrate on providing value not reward. Remember you are providing value, not chasing reward. Concentrate on providing that value and the reward will follow. Money is a by-product of doing something else very well and universal law will ensure you are always rewarded.
  • Look after yourself. Take time off from working regularly - make this a habit in itself. Remember to identify and celebrate your little successes along the way. Treat yourself and those around you and enjoy where you are, right now, in your own personal journey.
