Stay Strong! Especially in UR Mind

Turn your way of thinking into positive thinking and practice on a daily basis thinking positively.
You should set your mind on completing one task at a time and think only of a positive outcome and how good you will feel when you have completed the task.
Never give in to doubt and let yourself believe that you have taken too much on, and just keep going.
Don’t let your conversations turn negative, when in a conversation it is easy to let others discourage you, particularly if they have a negative outlook on life.
Don’t be tempted to fall back into your old ways, turn negative talk into positive and look for the good in everything and any situation. Positive thinking will always lead to positive outcomes, its up to you to remain positively strong.
Look for the positive in those around you and point it out, this way you can encourage a positive attitude all around you and soon positive thinking will engulf your life.
Whatever you are doing in your day-to-day life always look for the good in it, although it might be a boring task which you usually hate doing and one which leaves you feeling negatively, try to find something about it that turns it into a more positive situation.
Never let yourself become distracted or hoodwinked into going back to negativity, it takes time to change the way you feel and think and if you have been down on yourself and the world for a long time then your new outlook will take a while to register and stay around.
Stay strong! Especially in your mind, positive thinking will lead you to a better way of life.

Look at the Brighter Side of Life

The power of positive thinking is really incredible. I learned to use positive thinking years ago and that one little mind-shift changed my entire life and I credit all the success in my life to my new positive attitude.
Your mind is all yours, you control every thought and every action brought about by those thoughts.
No one can cause you to have any kind of emotional reaction without your first giving them permission to do so.
You alone are responsible for your feelings and emotions. When you know what you plan to do with your life, you will not allow annoying situations to deter you from your goals for long.
If you set ambitious goals for yourself and work enthusiastically toward them, you will quickly realize that you don’t have time to allow petty annoyances to upset you and keep you from your objectives.
Use These Positive Thinking Quotes To Open Your Mind and Expand Your World.
A positive attitude helps you handle everyday events with much more ease. It brings optimism into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worry and negative thinking. If you develop an attitude of positive thinking it will bring wonderful changes into your life. Your days will be happier, brighter and more successful.
With positive thinking you see the bright side of life, become optimistic and expect the best to happen. It is certainly a state of mind that is well worth developing and strengthening.
A positive thinking mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action. Whatever the mind expects, it finds.
Positive thinking and negative thinking are both contagious. All of us affect, in one way or another, the people we meet.
People sense our feelings and are affected by our thoughts. Is it any wonder that we want to be around positive thinking people and shun negative ones?
Always visualize only favorable and beneficial situations. Use positive words in your inner dialogues or when talking with others. Share your own collection of positive thinking quotes with others you care about.
Smile a little more, as this helps to keep you filled with positive thinking. Disregard any feelings of laziness or a desire to quit.
If you persevere, you will transform the way your mind thinks. Positive thinking will have you expecting only favorable results and situations, and circumstances will change accordingly.
It may take some time for the changes to take place, but eventually they do. To follow are just some of the benefits from a life fueled by positive thinking.
Helps achieving goals and attaining success.
Success achieved faster and more easily.
More happiness.
More energy.
Greater inner power and strength.
The ability to inspire and motivate yourself and others.
Fewer difficulties encountered along the way.
The ability to surmount any difficulty.
Life smiles at you.
People respect you.

Character : "Combination of Mental n Ethical Traits"

Is it true that CHARACTER is the foundation for all true success?
Obviously, I say Yes!  A person may have position, money or power, but unless he has "good" character she or he is not considered to be truly successful.Character is said to be "the stable and distinctive qualities built into an individual's life which determine his or her response regardless of circumstances."
"Reputation is the shadow. Character is the tree." Our character is not just what we try to display for others to see, it is who we are even when no one is watching. Good character is doing the right thing because it is right to do what is right. Character is a "complex of mental and ethical traits" and those qualities or traits are "built into an individual's life." These determine a person's response in any given situation.
Lets write down some of the good "Character Qualities," :
Ø     Honesty
Ø     Integrity
Ø     Dependability
Ø     Loyalty
Ø     Enthusiasm
There are many more that could be added to this.
We can focus on building qualities if we break character down into its basic elements. This helps us to improve our overall character. Honesty is a good quality, for example, that really consists of several more basic qualities – dependability, truthfulness, diligence, etc. Therefore, when a person works on becoming more honest, he does so by becoming more dependable, more diligent, and more truthful.
Today’s world faces many difficult problems such as:
Escalating crime, drug and alcohol abuse, workplace violence, gang activity, vandalism, school dropouts, deteriorating work ethics, domestic violence, juvenile delinquency, racial tensions, broken families...
The list seems endless.
Due to lack or misapplication of good character qualities, all of these problems spring out. We must deal with these roots to find lasting solutions to the problems in day to day life. We must work to improve our own character, teach good character to our children, and help those around us to improve their character!  Character development is essential to the ongoing success of our society. That is why Character Education is so important. Character is the Key to Success!

Our character is defined by what we do, not what we say or believe. There is a famous quote by Bruce Lee “Knowledge will give you power, but character respect.”
Some qualities required to protect character are:
  • Alertness: Being aware of what is taking place around me so I can have the right responses
  • Attentiveness: Showing the worth of a person or task by giving my undivided concentration
  • Availability: Making my own schedule and priorities secondary to the wishes of those I serve
  • Benevolence: Giving to others’ basic needs without having as my motive personal reward
  • Boldness: Confidence to say or do what is true, right and just
  • Cautiousness: Knowing the importance of right timing in accomplishing right actions
  • Compassion: Investing whatever is necessary to heal the hurts of others
  • Contentment: Realizing that true happiness does not depend on material conditions
  • Creativity: Approaching a need, a task, or an idea from a new perspective
  • Decisiveness: The ability to recognize key factors and finalize difficult decisions
  • Deference: Limiting my freedom so I do not offend the tastes of those around me
  • Dependability: Fulfilling what I consented to do, even if it means unexpected sacrifice
  • Determination: Purposing to accomplish right goals at the right time, regardless of the opposition
  • Diligence: Investing all my energy to complete the tasks assigned to me
  • Discernment: Understanding the deeper reasons why things happen
  • Discretion: Recognizing and avoiding words, actions, and attitudes that could bring undesirable consequences
  • Endurance: The inward strength to withstand stress and do my best
  • Enthusiasm: Expressing joy in each task as I give it my best effort
  • Faith: Confidence that actions rooted in good character will yield the best outcome, even when I cannot see how
  • Flexibility: Willingness to change plans or ideas without getting upset
  • Forgiveness: Clearing the record of those who have wronged me and not holding a grudge
  • Generosity: Carefully managing my resources so I can freely give to those in need
  • Gentleness: Showing consideration and personal concern for others
  • Gratefulness: Letting others know by my words and actions how they have benefited my life
  • Honour: Respecting others because of their worth as human beings
  • Hospitality: Cheerfully sharing food, shelter, and friendship with others
  • Humility: Acknowledging that achievement results from the investment of others in my life
  • Initiative: Recognizing and doing what needs to be done before I am asked to do it
  • Joyfulness: Maintaining a good attitude, even when faced with unpleasant conditions
  • Justice: Taking personal responsibility to uphold what is pure, right and true
  • Loyalty: Using difficult times to demonstrate my commitment to those I serve
  • Meekness: Yielding my expectations in order to benefit others
  • Obedience: Quickly and cheerfully carrying out the direction of those who are responsible for me
  • Orderliness: Arranging myself and my surroundings to achieve greater efficiency
  • Patience: Accepting a difficult situation without giving a deadline to remove it
  • Persuasiveness: Guiding vital truths around another’s mental roadblocks
  • Punctuality: Showing respect for other people and their time
  • Resourcefulness: Making wise use of what others might overlook or discard
  • Responsibility: Knowing and doing what is expected of me
  • Security: Structuring my life around that which cannot be destroyed or taken away
  • Self-Control: Rejecting wrong desires and doing what is right
  • Sensitivity: Using my senses to perceive the true attitudes and emotions of others
  • Sincerity: Eagerly doing what is right with transparent motives
  • Thoroughness: Knowing what factors will diminish the effectiveness of my work or words, if neglected
  • Thriftiness: Allowing myself and others to spend only what is necessary
  • Tolerance: Accepting others at different levels of maturity
  • Truthfulness: Earning future trust by accurately reporting past facts
  • Virtue: The moral excellence evident in my life as I consistently do what is right
  • Wisdom: Making practical application of truth in daily decisions
“Character is doing the right thing when nobody's looking.  There are too many people who think that the only thing that's right is to get by, and the only thing that's wrong is to get caught.

What is the Right to Education [RTE] Act 2009?
The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act or Right to Education Act (RTE), which was passed by the Indian parliament on 4 August 2009, describes the modalities of the provision of free and compulsory education for all children between 6 and 14 years in India under Article 21A of the Indian Constitution. India became one of 135 countries to make education a fundamental right of every child when the act came into force on 1 April 2010.
The Right to Education (RTE) Act grants every child, between the age bracket of 6 to 14 years, the right to free and quality education. The Act also specifies minimum norms in government schools and in private schools, a reservation of 25% of seats to children from poor families (to be reimbursed by the state as part of the public-private partnership plan).
According to the Act, no child shall be held back, expelled, or required to pass a board examination until the completion of elementary education. There is also a provision for special training of school drop-outs to bring them at par with students of the same age.
The RTE Act is the first legislation in the world that puts the responsibility of ensuring enrollment, attendance and completion, on the Government.
The Act guarantees all children with disabilities to the fundamental right to education.
RTE also calls for improving school infrastructure and training teachers so that every child in India has access to a quality education.
But this won't happen overnight. Every one of us must make some noise and speak up, India has the potential to enter the world stage as a global super power. But that won't happen unless every child goes to school. Stand up and demand that all of India's children have the right to education. It starts with you!
***********************************
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Stand up and make some noise! Join the Awaaz Do movement by signing up now for India's children. You can make a difference. Do it now for India's future.
Remember every voice counts.

Spread the word to your family and friends. You can SMS, E-mail or just talk to them and ask them to speak up and raise their voice for children. One voice makes a difference but together we can help change the fate of 8 million children. The time to begin is now.
Find a school near you and make a visit. Check if the school has:

Truth is Existence

Thank you for sharing your thought.

“The more I learn and grow the more I come to realise the truth of what you say.”

Our Existence means  The Truth.  Truth is always exists within us. As we initiate attempts to acquire the Truth, then the Truth responds to us from beyond time and space. These attempts are only to remove some of the veils which separate us from the Truth. Like you said “The more I learn and grow the more I come to realize the truth …” for the process of learning and acquiring knowledge of the absolute would remove some veils which have obscured our perception of the Truth within us. Therefore would come to realize some glimpses of the Truth.
So it is your desire to acquire the truth made you realize it, and not my words. Sometimes words express different meanings in lieu of original meaning
, at a certain point it’s all really a question of language but sometime emotions differ from the actual word or due to different points of view (POV).
It is, since the Truth is simple and it originates from the Absolute. It projects itself according to higher intellectual definitions which would not be influenced by our lower intellectual definitions of things. Therefore any language is used to define the Truth becomes irrelevant, for languages are lower definition of the intellect. In fact at a very high level of Truth’s awareness, silence is sufficient to reflect the Truth. No language is required to express the Truth, for the Truth is an essential principle of existence and language is accidental.
EXTRACTS => Truth is only truth no language is required to express the truth, its impact can never be denied just for our ignorance, so always experience it in its all dimensions then decide.

Struggle Path Move with Determination

Pitcher Plants - A Plant that kills insects

Pitcher plants are carnivorous plants whose prey-trapping mechanism features a deep cavity filled with liquid known as a Pitfall Trap. It has been widely assumed that the various sorts of pitfall trap evolved from rolled leaves, with selection pressure favouring more deeply cupped leaves over evolutionary time. However, some pitcher plant genera (such as Nepenthes) are placed within clades consisting mostly of flypaper traps: this indicates that this view may be too simplistic, and some pitchers may have evolved from the common ancestors of today's flypaper traps by loss of mucilage.

Worldwide Rural Poverty Report2011 :by UN

Extreme poverty abides in rural areas

Over the past decade, about 350 million people left the ranks of extreme poverty, but more than a billion continue to subsist on less than $1.25 per day, according to a UN report. About 70% of the world's poorest people are rural dwellers, per the Rural Poverty Report from the International Fund for Agricultural Development. One billion. That's the number of hungry people worldwide. The effects are heartbreaking. The causes myriad. Solutions are needed now to feed future generations. In this series, the UN 's three food agencies - FAO, WFP and IFAD - take us around the globe in search of answers to some of the most pressing questions we face today.
by IFAD in 2001, more than 350 million rural people have lifted themselves out of extreme poverty.  But the new report notes that global poverty remains a massive and predominantly rural phenomenon – with 70 per cent of the developing world’s 1.4 billion extremely poor people living in rural areas.  Key areas of concern are Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
Increasingly volatile food prices, the uncertainties and effects of climate change, and a range of natural resource constraints will complicate further efforts to reduce rural poverty, the report says.
But the report also emphasizes that profound changes in agricultural markets are giving rise to new and promising opportunities for the developing world’s smallholder farmers to significantly boost their productivity, which will be necessary to ensure enough food for an increasingly urbanized global population estimated to reach at least 9 billion by 2050.
Accordingly, “there remains an urgent need…to invest more and better in agriculture and rural areas” based on “a new approach to smallholder agriculture that is both market-oriented and sustainable,” the report says.
“The report makes clear that it is time to look at poor smallholder farmers and rural entrepreneurs in a completely new way – not as charity cases but as people whose innovation, dynamism and hard work will bring prosperity to their communities and greater food security to the world in the decades ahead,” said Kanayo F. Nwanze, IFAD’s President.
“We need to focus on creating an enabling environment for rural women and men to overcome the risks and challenges they face as they work to make their farms and other businesses successful,” he said.

Enlive the Dreams

U & I live with Dreams....: The Dreams to be enliven when it illuminate the Darkness of our Life...
If you have fresh energy for your dreams, and have not yet walked down the hard road of life, then I would ask you to put your power behind your goals, and to never give up. Even if you have given up on your goals because life happened, and it became a question of survival for you to do something just in order to make ends meet, yet be enthusiastic & be preapared to defy the challanges.
Just evaluate the reality of existence that Iff u have pure goals then support will come to accomplish ur Dream & it will exists Urlife even after U.

I would ask you to please re-consider...is it still possible for you to achieve your dreams, or at least any form or variation of it, even while working at your routine job? But some variation of his dream was still possible, such as building race cars and selling them or anything else that his imagination could come up with.
Anything is possible for the mind that knows this truth, and it is true of any life area whether relationships, health, beauty, etc.
That is what a Success Coach, especially a Law of Attraction Success coach knows...that it is possible....in any variation that you choose to now move towards and live your dreams. To attract what you want, more easily that you imagined.
Just don't give up.You may, because of certain situations, accept your situation for what it is right now, but it does not mean that you should give up.
Open up your mind, and train it to know that it is possible to get what it wants. Half your job is done then.

Myself : Be Honest With The Life.....***

To achieve positive living, one is first bound to make a lot of mistakes but it is the way we deal with our mistakes that influences our outcome in life.  It is not absurd to make mistakes, everybody at some point in life has made mistakes, unlike God; we are not perfect beings. When you make a mistake, practice self forgiveness and move on towards attaining self improvement.Learn to forgive yourself. It is hard for other people to forgive you if you do not exercise self forgiveness.
Self forgiveness comes when you first accept that you are in the wrong. Do not live in denial, be honest with yourself.  Forgive yourself and be at peace with your conscience.Ignore the negative criticism and harsh judgment that you will encounter from people. Know that even those acting holy and judging you are no better, because we all have our shortcomings.
People who want to gossip about you will always do so and there is nothing you can do about. Have you ever tried to confront some people because they said something ill about and they just ask you what will you do about it, or they just go like, ‘so?’ Get over the depression of adversity and the pain of negative publicity since all it does is hinder your personal growth.
Positive living is about being responsible enough to own up to your mess. Do not run away from your mistake, this will not make things any better; running will just curtail your personal growth. If you wronged somebody go to them and let them know that you regret what you did. Most of the problem that people have would have just being solved by saying that they are sorry.Saying that you are sorry brings an element of self awareness and does not mean that you are venerable or weak. It will make you relieve the weight of guilt inside you. Being remorseful affects your personal growth; move on from your past mistakes so that you can experience true happiness thus self awareness and positive living.

Living With A Full Heart

Living With A Full Heart

When one is too hurt one cannot see others' pain, is too blind with one's own.
When one has many weights to lift, one cannot enjoy life.
When one has many expectations, one cannot be patient with others.
When one has fear, one cannot enjoy life.
When one does not give, one is making the heart lonely.
When one does not take, one is making the heart feel inferior
When one does not hope, one is shutting oneself into a tight closet.
But when one does not love, one is killing one's self.
